AS BUYER’S AGENT I WILL:
Will familiarize you with the purchase process in advance
Provide the most comprehensive information on available listings through the Multiple Listing Service(MLS), off market properties
Set up showing for all the properties that meets your criteria
Assistant with unlisted properties as needed
Prepare a Market Evaluation Report for buyers to assist them locate suitable properties
Supply client with a list of qualified Attorneys, Inspectors or other service providers
Assist client’s Attorney and Lending Institution in any way necessary to complete transaction, confirming to all state and local regulations
Client’s Personal Information will be kept confidential at all times
Negotiate and coordinate all aspects of transaction up to closing
AS SELLER’S AGENT I WILL:
Prepare a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to establish the fair market value
List client’s property in Multiple Listing Service(MLS) for exposure to all licensed Realtor and create a plan for best effective marketing including social networking sites
Arrange appointments for showings with client’s convenience and best Interests in mind
Work & cooperate with other Realtors to assure a wider range of prospective buyers
Follow up on every showing to obtain feedback and answer any questions
Keep you informed of the progress and activity
Assist all involved parties in transaction to obtain all necessary documents required for closing
